“The best way to predict your future is to create it”

Everyone one want a future. We all want this and that but the only one’s who really want it will create it. It you are serious about your future you will start to create it now. There isn't no later in our future. You have to be the first step into putting yourself into your future. Creating your future is the best part of it all. You are the person that make the choices among the away. When you say to yourself i want to have a better life. I want to be rich and much more, many people just say but don't do it. Without doing it you won't even get close to your goal. Creating your future isn't always fun sometimes because there will be moments where you wouldn't know what it do or what next or how to start. If you want what you desire in the future you will do whatever it take to get there.

Operating Room Technician

Operating Room Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up gowns and gloves on the surgeon and surgical assistants
• Set up a sterile operating room
• Make sure the patient has the best possible care throughout the surgery

Salary: $45,287

Education:

Graduated from an accredited surgical technology program is necessary to become initially certified as a surgical technologist. Courses for surgical technology typically include board medical training in anatomy, physiology and pharmacology.

Post-secondary non-degree award

Reflection:

I would like to be one because you can gain a lot from this ever your doing the inside work. You will learn from this and maybe if you want to actually be the person doing the work you can observe a lot. This would seem cool because you get to see the inside of a person and learn what is what by looking.

“Ask yourself is it right or wrong and act accordingly”

When you are doing something ask yourself if you think what you're doing or saying is right or wrong. It doesn't take much to realize if you're doing is wrong or right. Doing right is a good feeling because you don't have to be worry but sometimes doing the truth can lead to all sorts of results. When you're doing wrong you know you are because you feel it no matter what. An example is if you going out and you want to go to a friends house but your parents won't let you. Then you lie and say you're staying after school so you can go to your friends house. You are acting wrong and doing wrong. Asking yourself when you are at your friend's house if what you're doing is right or wrong. You will already know the answer because you will know it just by doing what you did. Act like you know how you are supposed to behave. Don't act irresponsible. Act the best you can with doing right because you will feel much better about other thing and won't feel as stress out as if you were to lie.

 

“Act well your part; there all honor lies”

If you're going to act well do it all the way. Do the right without putting in lies. Choose the right and show it by doing good. You should never lie just to get something you would want. Being a CTR person requires to be one full time and show it every single day. There was a team in Chicago that was 2nd best in the world for baseball. They worked so hard to get to that position they were in. They were also invited to the white house. That was a big honor for them to be invited to the white house. They showed lots of pride. After their season was done and winning 2nd place their place and everything else was taken away from them. They were to be breaking the rules which got them cut. They were bring other players to join their team which they are not allowed to bring kids from other city to join their team. This shows that there is no honor in lies.

Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities: They work to supervise clinical and administrative affairs of nursing homes and related facilities.

Their typical duties of nursing home include:

• Overseeing staff and personnel
• Financial matter
• Medical care
• Medical supplies
• Facilities

Salary: $94,500

Education: You need at least a 4 year bachelor degree and mostly you will need to pass a state licensing examination. For more advances positions you may need a master's degree.

Demands or Need for this Profession: Bachelor’s or graduate degree in health services administration

Reflection: I would like to be one because i would be helping people feel better. I would be able to improve their health wise and live a longer and healthier life.

Doing what is good will make you safe and have a good life. You will have many positive things happening in your life. You will feel better and have an amazing life. Living the right way will create goodness and make you feel like good. You will not have to deal with negatives. Is not easy living the right way all the time because sometimes you might wanna choose the wrong because it's easier. You all have to remember when you choose the right goodness will come back to you. You would be taken care of. You will be rewarded from the goodness and right you have done. Living as a CTR person would help you. You will see a big differences in your life because of all the rights you have done. You will feel more strong and confident. You will feel the best version of yourself or a even better one.

The Neurosurgeon

The Neurosurgeon

Duties and Responsibilities: Their task is to perform surgery on the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves to remove tumors, relieve chronic pain and treat wounds, vascular disorders and disease. They primarily perform complex surgeries.

Salary: $589,500

Education: Their training requires about 6-7 years neurosurgical residency following 4 years of medical school.

• Must be licensed by American Board of Neurologic Surgery

Demands or Need for this Profession:

• Complete 4 years of undergraduate school
• 4 years in medical school
• 6-7 years in neurosurgical residency training

Reflection: I would like to be one. It seems interesting to open up bodys to help them. I can save a life if someone is in pain or need.
