Duties and Responsibilities: Perform physical exams and health histories. Provide health promotion, counseling and education. Administer medication, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions. Interpret patients information and make critical decision about need actions. Conduct research in support of improved practice and patients outcomes. Direct and supervise care delivered by other healthcare personnel like LNPs and nurse aides
Salary: $65,470
Education: ADN programs are available at community and vocational colleges and typically last 2-3 years. They combined classroom instruction with hand-on training in hospitals, clinics or other healthcare setting.
Demands for this Profession: You must need a associate degree in nursing. You must have 1 year in training and have a state licensure. They have to take the National Council Licensure Examination for registered nurse.
