Duties and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for locating problem with the positioning of patients teeths

• You may have to use x-rays or plaster molds
• You will use dental appliance
• Planning custom treatment plans
• Charge of supervising and instructing orthodontic technicians and assistants in performing routine procedure

Education

• Need a bachelor’s degree

• Take a Dental Acceptance Test (DAT)
• Need to graduate from a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM)

Reflection

I would not really be interested in becoming an orthodontist. It doesn't really catch my attention to do. If i wanted to do something i would only do it if i enjoy it.
