You only gain freedom when you are choosing the right. Freedom isn’t something to mess with because freedom can do you a lot. Being independence is a big responsibilities because you take charge of all your action. You now have the choice to do the right or wrong. Doing the right will help you with your independence and freedom. It will help you grow and become a better person. Doing the wrong with never help you  independence and freedom. It will hurt you. You can lose your freedom from  doing wrong. Let's say you were at a store and you saw something you really wanted but you did not want to pay for it. So you think that if you steal it nothing really bad will happens. You get whatever you wanted and put it in your bag and start walking out. As you're walking out you think to yourself and know that you are choosing the wrong and when you choose the wrong you always have consequences. A worker stops you and confronts you about what you put in the bag so you give it up and they call the police. The polices comes and take you and you may have to go to a detention center for weeks. As seeing this example you can see by choosing the wrong you have lost all your freedom and now you are in big trouble. No one want that taken away from them. So everyone choose the right and never the wrong.

This means that if you are truly good deep inside that you are truly great. You show goodness everywhere not just one place. Being truly great take time and hard work to show that you are good. You will be transforming yourself into a better person and a trustworthy one. This tells you that you have to show good actions that you do all the time. You should always choose the right because that is what you were meant to do. Choosing the wrong doesn't make you truly great. It will show that you can't be truly great. Truly great is something to honor. You must take proud if you are truly great not just truly good. Everyone is truly good but to work harder you must be truly great. It will show you all the good thing that you never seen.

Doing the short term game will hurt you more than you think. Your cutting yourself from all the hard work which the hard work will really help you gain. The short gain will only gain you very little. Let's say you have a history test coming up. There are two options to pass this test you can either study and work hard to memorize the information or to cheat and get the answers. Some people will study hard and work for it because taking the long way will help them know that they didn't need no answer sheet to pass all they needed was there intelligent. By choosing the answer sheets you are showing yourself that you are no CTR person. You are choosing the wrong. In the quote they are talking about  how some people in sports choose steroids instead of actually training and working off. They rather choose the shortcut and lie to everyone that they aren't what they say they are. These short cut will hunt you back and everytime you make a shortcut you will feel guilt that you never actually choose the long term.

Cheating is never the answer to anything. Cheating is choosing the wrong you should always choose the right because choosing the right doesn't have cheating in it. Cheating can show that a person isn't trustworthy. They are capable of lying and not doing the right. When people cheat they are showing that they didn't do whatever they had to do to complete what they had do. Cheating in a game or even in life is never fair to those around you who don't. You are taking credit for someone else's hard work who could of really won. It wouldn't feel good at all to show that all you did to get to the top was by doing something you weren't supposed to do. Cheating on a test isn't what you're supposed to do. Your taking points that don't belong to you. You should always earn what you deserve. Cheating to yourself is like lying to yourself that you did good when really you did bad. When someone finds out you cheat they will lose some trust in you. They will feel that all the things that you know are wrong and not the truth so they will feel that good about you. Cheating can cause many trust issues.

What this is saying is that the right heart always overcomes anything. Having a right heart is worth so much more that anything. A heart that choose the right will lead you do a wonderful world. The right type of heart will have so much use to you because it will teach you all the good thing. You will improve yourself as a person and the way you are. Great beauty, great strength and great riches are still important but in the end of the day having a right heart matters more. It will show the best of you. Having a good heart can show you many things. Having someone to teach you how to use that great heart of yours is the best things. Having a caring, nice, welcoming and beautiful heart is what we are all looking for. We all have a right heart but it up to  you if you want to uncover that heart of yours. Once you open up your heart you will open up all sorts of doors that will be amazing. Making a decision whether it is wrong or right will impact one life forever. The actions you do everyday impact you everyday as you go. It could be the small things you do or say that will impact you as you go. We all make right or wrong choices everyday and as we make those actions it can impact you one way or another. If you do the right that will impact you in a positive way. Such as maybe helping your parent around the house can impact your day goodly. It can make you feel better and maybe want to do again. If you do something wrong such as sneaking out at night without permission that decision you decided to make will have a huge impact on you as it may make you want to do it again. What you did can make you do ever badder things that you know you should not do. What you did can never be undone so when you do something think about how this will really impact you. You only have one life and every decision that you make will affect your future. Your future is created by all the things you done. Every right or wrong choice you make each day make a completely different outcome. Be careful to what actions you do because once done it can be undone.

Everyone one want a future. We all want this and that but the only one’s who really want it will create it. It you are serious about your future you will start to create it now. There isn't no later in our future. You have to be the first step into putting yourself into your future. Creating your future is the best part of it all. You are the person that make the choices among the away. When you say to yourself i want to have a better life. I want to be rich and much more, many people just say but don't do it. Without doing it you won't even get close to your goal. Creating your future isn't always fun sometimes because there will be moments where you wouldn't know what it do or what next or how to start. If you want what you desire in the future you will do whatever it take to get there.

• Set up gowns and gloves on the surgeon and surgical assistants
• Set up a sterile operating room
• Make sure the patient has the best possible care throughout the surgery

I would like to be one because you can gain a lot from this ever your doing the inside work. You will learn from this and maybe if you want to actually be the person doing the work you can observe a lot. This would seem cool because you get to see the inside of a person and learn what is what by looking.

“Ask yourself is it right or wrong and act accordingly”

When you are doing something ask yourself if you think what you're doing or saying is right or wrong. It doesn't take much to realize if you're doing is wrong or right. Doing right is a good feeling because you don't have to be worry but sometimes doing the truth can lead to all sorts of results. When you're doing wrong you know you are because you feel it no matter what. An example is if you going out and you want to go to a friends house but your parents won't let you. Then you lie and say you're staying after school so you can go to your friends house. You are acting wrong and doing wrong. Asking yourself when you are at your friend's house if what you're doing is right or wrong. You will already know the answer because you will know it just by doing what you did. Act like you know how you are supposed to behave. Don't act irresponsible. Act the best you can with doing right because you will feel much better about other thing and won't feel as stress out as if you were to lie.

If you're going to act well do it all the way. Do the right without putting in lies. Choose the right and show it by doing good. You should never lie just to get something you would want. Being a CTR person requires to be one full time and show it every single day. There was a team in Chicago that was 2nd best in the world for baseball. They worked so hard to get to that position they were in. They were also invited to the white house. That was a big honor for them to be invited to the white house. They showed lots of pride. After their season was done and winning 2nd place their place and everything else was taken away from them. They were to be breaking the rules which got them cut. They were bring other players to join their team which they are not allowed to bring kids from other city to join their team. This shows that there is no honor in lies.

Duties and Responsibilities: They work to supervise clinical and administrative affairs of nursing homes and related facilities.

Education: You need at least a 4 year bachelor degree and mostly you will need to pass a state licensing examination. For more advances positions you may need a master's degree.

Reflection: I would like to be one because i would be helping people feel better. I would be able to improve their health wise and live a longer and healthier life.

Doing what is good will make you safe and have a good life. You will have many positive things happening in your life. You will feel better and have an amazing life. Living the right way will create goodness and make you feel like good. You will not have to deal with negatives. Is not easy living the right way all the time because sometimes you might wanna choose the wrong because it's easier. You all have to remember when you choose the right goodness will come back to you. You would be taken care of. You will be rewarded from the goodness and right you have done. Living as a CTR person would help you. You will see a big differences in your life because of all the rights you have done. You will feel more strong and confident. You will feel the best version of yourself or a even better one.

Reflection: I would like to be one. It seems interesting to open up bodys to help them. I can save a life if someone is in pain or need.
