Class Evaluation

Somethings i liked about this class is i was able to practices my type. I am now a better typer than i was before. I also like is we do quotes and write about them. I like to take about quotes and what they mean. A quote can inspire a person to do good or better. I also liked watching videos when we take a time out. I also like when the teacher puts background music because it helps my brain relax and keep it going. The music is very nice to hear. I liked when we would stand up and do activities. I also like the goals journal because i wrote lots of goals down that i have accomplished. I am very proud of those goals.

Somethings i did not like about the class is when kids would start to behave bad. It would get me annoyed because they can act more better. Somethings i did not like is we would sit down a lot because it would make me tired. I liked to stand up and doing activites.

How we can improve this class is if we watch more videos because i enjoy watching them. We should also write about more stories about people being a CTR person. I liked learning about how one person was able to change another day or life into something postive. It made me want to do nice things for others. We should do more activites with the people around us. It can be fun talking to others around us. 

Some highlighs for me in this class completing one of my goals that i wrote in my notebook when we first started writing goals. My goal was to pass with B's or higher and i was able to do that. I am very happy about that goal because i have no C's. The life goals really made me want to do more.

I did do my best in this class because i would always try. I always put my best work. I would take to write in my blog. I would try to do my best in the statements. I put in 100% each day.

I am reading my Life Planning Goals Journal. I do i almost everyday because i like to set goals for myself. I would want to reach those goal. It would make me happy anytime i would reach a goal. I feel like i could do even more. I also write more each day to reach more goals. It feels good to reach more goals.

I am committed to being a CTR person. I want to be one because i want to choose the right. I want to choose the right because it will lead me somewhere. No one likes to do the wrong. I feel choosing the right will be good for me.

What this means is when you say a lie it can cause you to say more. You think that it is okay because you might of not got caught so it's fine to tell another lie. The  more lies you tell you think it is okay. This will lead to more lies and it can cause dishonestly. People won't want to trust you anymore because you lie. Lying is being dishonest about something. The more you do it the more people won't want to tell you things. Telling more lies is you choosing the wrong. You will end up following the wrong pathway. This will lead you to trouble. Don't lie and choose the right. Just be honestly even if you may end up have a consequence because if you lie you will be in a bigger consequence. No one likes to be in trouble so just tell the truth. Prevent yourself of becoming a liar and tell the truth.

Story

The Sting of the Scorpion

This is about a story of a young boy who didn't listen. He and his family were camping out in the desert. His parents alway told him always to wear shoes. He would always listen to them. This one day he want to explore the desert. So he got up and put the sandals on even though he knew he should put his sandals on. He thought nothing about because he walk just going for a little walk. He started walking and felt something bite his toe. He look down and saw it was a scorpion. He fell to the ground and felt pain. The sting started to spread to his leg and he started to scream for help. His parents heard him and ran to get him. They jumped in the car to take him to the nearest hospital which was 2 hours away. On the way getting there he thought he was going to die. He made it to the hospital and got treated. He had learn from this is to always listen. He learn that if you do not listen there will be a consequence for you. What i learn from this is to always listen.

Choosing the right will teach you greatness in life. Choosing the right isn't always easy but you should. Choosing the right may feel hard be deep inside it will make you feel better. You will always feel good about yourself because you know you did something good. You can feel influenced to do better in life. The right can teach you many lesson in life and you can learn from those lesson. It can improve yourself. Never choose the wrong because it wouldn't feel good. Only bad will come out of doing the wrong. The wrong will show you a negative pathway. You always want to take the positive pathway towards life. Doing the right will alway let you walk on the positive pathway. It will show you happiness and joy. The right will always help you even if you feel like it won't it will always find you. Choose the right and never the wrong.

History: December 7, 1941

1. What countries fought against whom in WWII?

Germany. On one side were the Axis Powers, including Germany, Italy and Japan. On the other side were the Allies. The Allies included Britain, France, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, India, the United States of America.

2. Where did WWII occur?

The WWII took place in Russia, Europe, Africa, Pacific Ocean, Asia, Middle East, Mediterranean Sea, Eurasia, Scandinavia, Southeast Asia and the Atlantic Ocean

3. Name and describe a few events that happened during WWII.

1. Battle of Midway: Japanese armies rolled over Southeast Asia, the Philippines, and the East Indies. The war in the pacific was fought on land, at sea, and in the air. The turning point in the war the pacific came in June, 1942 at the Battles of Midway.
2. D-Day: Allied troops in an invasion of Normandy France. They fought their way through France and Belgium and into Germany while the Russian troops fought from the east.

4. How can we honor and show respect for WWII veterans?

We can let veterans tell their stories. We can say thank you to them for what they did. We can show appreciation to the veterans families. We can be supportive towards them.

What this means is by following all these questions you will do well in life. You will have a good life because you were nice to others. Each of those questions isn't easy to follow but you have to try. It will take time to follow each of those goals but as long as you try you will receive goodness. It is good to have trust with other because that is how you build friendship. You need trust. Being committed is very important because it tells you a lot about yourself. It shows that you care and are willing to do something. It shows others that you take is serious and don't take it as a joke. Treating people with respect show that you are a good person. Others will treat you with respect. If you treat others with no respect then others won't treat you well. Everyone deserves to be treated equally.

Challenges Teens Face Today

1. Somes challenges teens face now theses days is cyber bullying. Many kids get made fun through the computer because others can stay anonymous. Teens deal with cyber stalking and that is when people that stay anonymous online start to tell rude comments to someone and won't stop. Another problems is kids deal with peer pressure. We feel like we have to do something because everyone is doing it. Teenagers will make fun of you for not doing something and you may feel you have to do it even if you don't want to, to fit in. Drugs and alcohol can play a big role. Many teenagers these day start to do drug and it isn't right for them. Other many do it because they have problems or they do it because everyone else does it. There are many more problems teens face today.
2. A challenge that i am face is school because school has start to stress me out. I have to deal with kids at school that i have a problem with. Sometimes it may be hard to be around those people but i learn how to handle it.
3. How being a CTR person has help me is i try to do the right thing even if i don't want to. I alway tell myself if i am doing wrong. I say to myself don't do bad.
4. How i can help others who are going through challenges is tell them to talk to someone. Talk to your mom, dad, family, or neighbor. We all care even if it seems like they don't. You can always join support groups.

Reflection: What teenagers need is to be a CTR person. They need to be confident in themselves. They need support from their family or friends.

What this means is that we need to be physically ready for anything. We have to have a set mind and understand what it is we desire. The mind is very complex but we will all learn our mind more. We need to keep our body health mentally and physically. Sometimes it's not easy to maintain ourself but we will learn how to. Our body is very important because it can show you much more. Our mind has so much room for intelligence but sometimes we think we don't have what it takes. Our brain can learn so much it amazing. In order to learn more we need a body that healthy and strong. We all are capable of doing much more than what we think. Our body needs activities that will improve ourself.

Duties and Responsibilities: A health science librarian conducts in-depth research on different medical topics in order to find the latest information available. They are in charge of arranging and distributing clinical, scientific and biomedical information for text, journals and electronic databases. Produce detail bibliographies related to many different health field. Their main task is to access extensive national network to locate books and more that customers may need.

Salary: $52,000

Education: 4 year bachelor degree and thin is required to take the courses such as science and computer science. Master degree in library science is mandatory

Demands for this requirement: In high school you must complete the courses science, math, technology and management. You need a bachelor degree in life science and then a master's degree in library science.

Reflection: I would not like to be one because i don't like to read and do research on books. This doesn't really catch my interest and it would seem really boring to me.

Being kind to one another will show you have respect for each other. Showing kindness will lead you to greatness. Kindness can teach you so much. It can teach you about yourself and others. Being kind to people will show you another side of yourself. This other side of you can show you can others door that will lead you greatness. Kindness alway has its reward for those who have done good but even if it has no reward you shouldn't be discouraged to be kind. Its best to be kind when it comes from the heart. Just a simple act of kindness can change someone. For example like opening up the door for someone will make you feel and good and the other person as well. Being kind isn't so hard. Learning to be kind is the best thing you can do for yourself. Kindness is a much bigger word than is seems like.

Thanksgiving Week

I stayed home for thanksgiving day. We made lots of food. We had our whole family over and we all ate together. I enjoy my time with my cousin but not all my cousin came over so that was sad because i haven't seen them like in over a year. After we ate my mom left to work i left with my aunt to visit her husband side of the family then sleep over her house. I went to the family gathering and it was boring even tho know them but i don't really talk to them. We left to her house at midnight and then went to sleep. The next day friday we ended up throwing another family gathering at her house. The food was really good and i ate a lot again. Then i left home with my other family since they live next to me. It was over all fun. I ended up gaining some pounds because off all the food but i am okay with it.

Doing the wrong will lead you to no good. Choosing the right will lead you to greatness. We all know what is right and what is wrong so we should not choose the wrong. The wrong won't teach you any good. An example of wrong is lying to your parents because that show you arent tell the truth. If you do that you are betraying their trust in you. Telling lies will lead you to trouble. Lying about something or someone is showing you are choosing the wrong. It show you are not a CTR person. Lying is never the right option because it can cause someone to get hurt or not want anything to do with you. Always tell the truth even if you're afraid to because not telling the truth shows you are running way from what you're afraid of. An example of not saying the truth is telling people something about someone else that you know isn't truth. You will hurt the other person. It can be dangerous not to tell the truth and choosing the wrong.

Thanksgiving Day is an annual national holiday marked by religious observances and a traditional meal including a turkey. The holiday commemorates a harvest festival celebrated by the Pilgrims in 1621 and is held on the 4th Thursday in November. The pilgrims thank god and celebrate his bounty in the Harvest Home tradition with feasting and sporting. Thanksgiving celebrates the Colonies. Thanksgiving is a particularly American holiday.

Choose the right is way more important than winning or losing. Being a honorable person will make you become a better person. Being fair can be very important because it will show you are a CTR person. You can still win or lose a game but doing the right outstands all of them. As long as you know you are doing the the right and showing goodness you will always win. An example of dishonest is when your lying that you did your homework but you didn't really do your homework. It would feel good if you were not honesty because you know you did something wrong. What is the purpose of veterans Day?

The day of the anniversary of the signing of the armistice which ended in World War 1 hostilities between the Allied nations and Germany in 1918. A celebration to honor America's veterans. Veterans are thanked for their services to the United States on Veterans Day.

Why is it important to show honor on Veterans Day?

Servicemen and women who serve in wars often undergo great sacrifices. Some are killed in action and some are badly injured. Those who leave have to make a sacrifice not to see their family in months and holidays as well. We should them a thank you for all they did.

I feel this a very important day because we are celebrating people who serve this country.

You should live your life with integrity. In order to live a life of joy and happiness you must learn to have integrity in your life. There are three magic keys to integrity. The first one is you should have the courage to say no. For some people it may be hard to say no to others because they may be scared or feel bad. You shouldn't always say no sometimes but if you're in a bad situation you should learn to tell them no. If you doing a test in class and someone wants to cheat you shouldn't let them because it wouldn't be right. Tell them no. The second one is have the courage to face the truth. The truth can be scary to hear but you need to hear it sometimes. No one likes to face the truth but we all have to and learn to accept it. Or we don't want to say the truth because it would end up good for you but you can't ignore the truth. The last one is do the right thing even because it's right. It is always the best to stick to the right. The right is always gain you something. They right can be a challenge but you learn.

What this quote means is a person who is wise will make more right choices. If you hang out with wise people it can teach you to become more wise. But if you hang out with people who make wrong decisions they will show you wrong. You will not be considered wise because of all the things you do that isn't the right. Foolishness can make you do things that you know is not good at all. Doing bad things will never take you the right path and lead you to not be a CTR person. Hanging with the wrong crowd will cause consequences in all sorts of ways. If you learn to be a wise person it will lead you to be a CTR person even if you don't know it yourself. Being wise can lead you to a successful path in life. You will win as a person because you are being the best you can. Being wise will show you a path of joy and excitement.  

Basketball

The Gainesville Tornadoes thank their unexpected fans

The Gainesville Tornadoes is basketball team. They are a team from jail. These kids only get a few times out of the year to leave the jail and go play other teams. All these kids in this team all choose the wrong but they still deserve to have fun. They have very little privileges. This team has never had much fans to cheer them on in the basketball games. Their only fans were mostly their parents but their parents don't alway attend the games. This time they were playing against a team from a school. This team heard that they never had fans to cheer them on so they decided to get kids from their school and asked them to cheer for the other team. They also had cheerleader to cheer them on. The Gainesville tornadoes didn't know about this. When the team walked in they found a lot of kids cheering for them. While the game was happening most of the kids were cheer for the Gainesville Tornadoes. They were very happy for what they did for them. One of them said they would remember this day. The other team who did this for them felt good about the game. They didn't want to play if they weren't going to have a fan base. They felt mean if they were to play because it wouldn't be fair. They did something good for the Gainesville Tornadoes team.

What this means is doing good things on your free time is better than doing the wrong. Make your recreation time doing something good. Don't do something that will cause harm to you. Make it benefit you in the future. Recreation can be anything you want it to be. Do something good that can help other so you can feel good about it. There are many things you can do for your recreation time. You can do activities that will be good for you. Like you can run or exercise in your recreation time. There are all sorts of things you can do. You don't even have to get up you can sit lay down and relax or read a book. You are doing something good for yourself even if you don't realize yourself. Doing something bad in your recreation time is never good for you. An example is like doing drugs or something like that. That is not a good thing to do even to your body. You can be harming your body and doing bad to the people around you. Remember that the best recreation thing to do is to do good.

What this quote means is right will always be right. Everybody could be against it because they may disagree but it will always be right. Other people may view it wrong because they don't like something about it. You shouldn't follow with the crowd because everyone is different and have different opinions. Same thing goes for being wrong. Wrong can be seen good but is will always stay wrong. Everyone may say how is this wrong because they may not understand. An example of wrong is if everyone you know is doing drugs at party and they do it even if they know it's wrong. They may not care how it is seen and just think it's whatever. If you know it is wrong then do not do it even if all your friends are doing it. Also cheating on a test is wrong even if everybody is doing that. An example of right would be listening to your parents. You know that you should listen to them. Going against that would be considered wrong but you know it right to listen to them.

What this quote means is have goals now. Don't set only one and wait a long time for it. Set many goals as you can so you can see yourself completing those goals. Don't waste time not setting goals and make them happen now while you still can. Write what you want now and by time you will see how many goals you really completed and feel proud of them. An example is if you need to do something important but the same time you want to go out you should pick the more important one. You do not want to waste it on something that will not help you with your goals. Put your goal first in front of anything. Keep practicing for those goals if you have to. There is no limited to your goals because they keeping on going.

School Homecomings

School Homecoming: A high school, college, or university game, dance or other event to which alumni are invited

History of Homecoming: The 1911 Kansas vs. Missouri football game is one of several claimed to be the first college football homecoming game. The tradition of Homecoming has it origin in alumni football game held at colleges and universities since the 19th century.

Why do we celebrate homecoming in school?

Many high school celebrate homecoming because of a football game or other sports. Homecoming includes cheer for the team and music from the school band

Events: They usually consist of football game played on school home football field, activities for students and alumni, a parade featuring the school marching band and sports teams. Many schools have homecoming queen and king.

Homecoming Games: They call it this because it has become an annual tradition in the United States. People, towns, high schools and colleges come together in late September or  early October to welcome  back alumni and former residents.

Homecoming Etiquette: Most homecoming are semi-formal although each school will specify its own dress code.

I think homecoming is a fun event for all students.

What this means is having a good name in your life is important. It can show others how of  a good person you are. Having a good name will show other that you care about yourself and show them a good image of you. You would not want a bad name for who you are. If you had a bad name you would be treated differently because they look at you bad. If you did something really bad it would become your name. People would maybe not want to talk to you. It would be very hard to replace that name with something good. What ever you did bad will always stick with you. If you did something good that can some of the reason why someone would remember you for. Doing something good with give you a good image.

I think it would be a whole new experiences and you learn how that country runs their jobs. I would like to be a teacher in china because its a whole new environment to teaching from what i am used to.
