President John F. Kennedy

“Physical fitness is not one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy strong.”

What this means is that we need to be physically ready for anything. We have to have a set mind and understand what it is we desire. The mind is very complex but we will all learn our mind more. We need to keep our body health mentally and physically. Sometimes it's not easy to maintain ourself but we will learn how to. Our body is very important because it can show you much more. Our mind has so much room for intelligence but sometimes we think we don't have what it takes. Our brain can learn so much it amazing. In order to learn more we need a body that healthy and strong. We all are capable of doing much more than what we think. Our body needs activities that will improve ourself.
