These are is the 10 commandments of a Indian. They would follow by these commands everyday and never do the opposite of what the commandment is asking you to do. These commandments would guide them to the pathway they want to go. One of them says that you must be honest and truthful. This one is very important even to everyone. Honest is very important to us because being honest will grant you life. Honesty show how you care yourself and everyone else. Taking full responsibility shows so much about you. You know how to accepted what you done and how to deal it. You show that you are responsible. Show respect to the people around you. Never show rudeness or be disrespectful to other. Tell yourself if you want to be respected show respect to others. Some of these commandments can be incorporated in your life.

Promises are keep to not break. Promises can hold so many things. They all have different use. Promises is like a chain because their suppose to hold together. When you make one

you make it to yourself to not break that chain. The chain is kept together by promise. When you break the chain that means you broke to promise that kept it together. Promise are kind of like secrets when you tell a secret you promise not to tell so you and whoever you told created a chain. That chain keeps you and the other person together. The chain is only hold by the secret that only you and the other person knows. If that secret is told the chain is broken. You no longer kept the chain together it now has been broken into two pieces. It's now harder to be kept together since you are no longer a chain. You're just the other half. No one wants a broken chain.

Orthopedic Surgeon

Duties and Responsibilities

• Treat patient with skeletal injuries and disease
• Perform surgeries
• Work with nurses, ER physician and other hospital position
• Inform the patients
• Maintain up to data records
• Monitor and record patient services and treatment procedures

I would definitely like to become one. I like work with body parts and fixing the insides of body. Surgery really interest me because it like your help someone with their body and kinda like heeling them.

Reflection

I would not really be interested in becoming an orthodontist. It doesn't really catch my attention to do. If i wanted to do something i would only do it if i enjoy it.

We make decisions in our lives. We make them for different reasons. We all think differently we have different views. Decisions don't ever come easy, sometime they're the hardest thing we have to do. When we all make decisions we make them because we are trying to do the right like what is best for us. Everyone wants the best for themselves and everyone around them. No one ever made a decision because their easy we have to think hard about the decision because it will affect us. We also don't make decisions because their cheap. Cheap decision are never the best for all and definitely not the reasons why we decided to make that decision. If something's popular and you're choosing something that may seem popular it's hard to say no to that decision because everyone is doing it or has done. Best is to think about how it will help you instead of not helping you. Choosing the right will definitely be the best thing you have done.

Optometry Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide vision correction to patients
• Help prepare patients before an examination by gathering their medical history information
• You may sometime be able to perform therapy exercise or procedures with the patient
• Monitoring inventory within exam rooms or laboratory
• You keep notes during an examination
• May help do minor repairs to broken or damaged glasses
• Education patients how to take care of their glass or contact lenses

I would not like to be one because an optometry technician doesn't catch my interest. It would seem like a job i would enjoy doing for the rest of my life.

Let's all spread goodness. Let's create goodness which is choosing the right popular. Don't be negative because that will only harm you which isn't what you want. Choosing the right will help you lead to positive thing in life and will help you succeed. You will feel so much better when you choose the right and not the wrong. Doing the wrong is unpopular and not cool. Choosing the wrongs shows that you are a person that doesn't care much. It wouldn't benefit you in the future. Unsound isn't good at all.

My Spring Break !

Spring Break

Over spring break i mostly stayed home and slept. I did go out sometimes to the stores to buy clothes and hair bands. I went out to eat junk food which isn't good for me but i still ate it. I watch movies and tv shows and i actually finish a tv show. I stayed up really late the entire week because i was able. In the mornings i didn't wake up till like 10 in the morning.i did my homework over the weekend. I did english homework which was to do a essay and a packet. I also have chemisty homework to do which i did finish in time. I volunteer over the break. I volunteer to help out sorting food from what is still good to bad. I packed the food into boxes and we load a lot of boxes. When i was volunteering i was in a group of about 10 people and in the end we packed around 10,000 pounds of food all together. It was a great experiences and it felt very good because i know that all the food i was packing would be give to the homeless that don't have food within 24 hours. We also had a barbecue at home which the food was really good. I also went to church which felt amazing because i have not went to church in like forever. Over all my spring break was good.

Character shows a lot about a person. It show how you act and how you will respond to certain situations. You can learn a lot about the way they act. Everyone had different character because we all behave differently. Character is very valuable to us because it shows definition of who we are. Intellect is very important because it show how much we can learn and take from it. Intellect isn't as important to character because it doesn't show who you really are and your own personality. Character and provide us with much more information. It is a concept where we can understand each other. Character one of the highest give we are all born with. Sometimes you may think i don't have character or it nothing important but character is what builds your foundation. We all have character but sometimes we don't realize it there until we learn how to uncover it. We are all capable of having a breathtaking character but it depends to that person if they want that character.

Putting effort into something like a project or anything else will always pay you back. What you did that made you work hard and really try your best will come back to you in a good way. If you want something you have to do something to make that happen to you. You can't give up just because it may seem really hard or tiring for you. All the work you do will come back to you and impact your life. An example is let's say you are studying for a test and you want to get a perfect score you should actually study and work hard. Study for that test as if you life was depending on. Don't ever settle for less because you will wish you aimed higher. Really studying for that test will show a good score. Sometimes you may not get the score you really wanted but you will always get the score that you were meant to be but that doesn't mean you should settle for that score. Go higher and show you can beat your own score because that will be an amazing moment for one to experience.
