What this quote means is you can not do bad things and expect to feel good about what you have done. Doing wrong will make you feel bad.Its not possible to feel good when you did wrong. Choosing the wrong can lead you to consequences. When you do something good for someone you always feel good about what you done. Doing something mean can hurt them and it will make you feel bad. You wouldn't feel good about it. An example is if you tell something mean to someone it can hurt their feelings and they wouldn't want to be your friend. That feeling would make you feel bad not good. Its best to do good so you can feel amazing. Always do good so you can feel good.
