"Goal setting is goal getting. Set and get."

You should always set yourself a goal. What this means is if you set yourself a goal you will be more inspired to do it and check it off. Don't just say your goal and not do anything about it set your goal and do it. If you want that goal to happen you have to make it happen. Sometimes to achieve your goal you will have to wait a while and you will be tested to reach that goal but you have to look forward and get it. Get those results you want. Goals is what you put your mind set to. Goal can be hard and make you feel negative but you have to look past on that. You have to keep yourself full of positive comments. If you make a goal be detailed about that goal. Don't just say i want to run more you have to be more detail so you can reach your goal. Say you want to run a couple blocks threw your street. Keep yourself motivated. Tell yourself that you make your goal and your able to do anything. Setting goals for yourself will help you in the long run. Just keep writing those goal down and put effort into those goal and soon or later you will make those goal happen.
