What this means is you should take care of yourself. You should put yourself first. Make sure you are in good mental health. You is very important. You are responsible for your actions. Make sure you are doing good. If you're not fine go talk to someone or do something that will help you improve yourself. Your body is your own body. You only have one of yourself so make yourself count. Fill your mind is positive thoughts. Don't think negative or else the negative though will take over you. Keep yourself happy and full of joy. Keep your spirit happy and in peace.
